The Nets rookie point guard Tyshawn Taylor has been stranded in his Hoboken, N.J. apartment building thanks to Hurricane Sandy. Taylor tweeted on Tuesday that his building “is literally an island…flooded by water on all sides” and that he can’t leave unless he’s swimming.
Hoboken was hit especially hard by the hurricane and many residents were forced to evacuate. Hopefully he is freed in time for Thursday night’s game, but at least he’s alright and no injuries were suffered.
