Details have emerged in the sexual assault case that Brooklyn Nets center Andray Blatche was involved in and they aren’t pretty.

According to an ABC report, the police have taken two men into custody for questioning in a sexual assault case after police found a “highly-intoxicated” 21-year-old woman who claimed to have had been raped. Blatche was questioned, but was immediately release and he participated in both practice and the Nets game against the Sixers Tuesday night.

The report said that the woman was in a Four Seasons Hotel suite with two other women and six other men including Blatche, who the room was rented to. She said she had been raped by at least two of the men, but that the others could see what happened. Among the evidence was samples of “the date rape drug” and Blatche’s cell phone, which contained compromising photos of the 21-year-old woman, was also taken.

“I don’t even know what to tell you what happened. I’m just here to play basketball; I’m focused on the game tonight,” Blatche told ABC.

Neither of the men have yet to be charged in the incident that occurred at 4:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Blatche was actually the one that broke the news that he was involved this afternoon. There were reports that a Nets player was involved, but it wasn’t until Blatche Tweeted, “Im ok and I didn’t do anything jus was n the area when it happened.”

Blatche had been playing on a non-guaranteed contract, but coincidentally he was extended on a guaranteed deal on Monday so he is in no danger of getting cut by the Nets because of this.

Blatche is averaging 19.4 points, 10.7 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 1.3 blocks per 36 minutes in 34 games this season. He has done that primarily coming off the bench too and only started in seven games when Brook Lopez was out with a sprained ankle. Blatche is currently ranked ninth in the NBA with a 23.3 PER.
